Trauma Releasing Exercises for Police Department Personnel

This workshop is available to emergency medical personnel and police department personnel. It will specifically introduce the practical implications of trauma releasing exercises to personnel who work in high stress or traumatizing professions. The participants will be trained on how to use these exercises and implement the practical as well as theoretical ideas presented.
