I had the amazing opportunity to go to China to teach Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) to the earthquake survivors of Sichuan Province.  TRE was one of three methods chosen by the counseling center in China to help large populations to heal from their post trauma symptoms.

Dr. David Berceli teamed up with Dr. Helena Guo to provide educational workshops on trauma releasing exercises. Together they taught the teachers of the earthquake zone how to teach the exercises to the children within the school system.
