After decades of being haunted by images, sounds and smells from two years in Viet Nam as a radio operator I realized that I could no longer go on paralyzed by my past. Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) has given my freedom back to me, it allowed me to release the toxic energy that enveloped my soul and suffocated my spirit. Those exercises and continuing counsel has given me the ability to live rather then exist. Thank you for your work with Veterans of all wars.
