Lower back pain

Often people report back to me that TRE has helped relieve their lower back pain. Here is a recent e-mail that I received from a woman who suffered from lower back pain.

David, I want to let you know that I really benefited from the exercises. I had lower back pain. It would come and go. I knew it was related to stress because most of the time I did not have it. When I came to the workshop I had not been walking upright. I could not stand up straight because my lower back muscles were just as stiff as a board. After the wall sitting exercise the pain was gone and I could easily stand straight. Sunday was better and this Monday I walk easily with no pain and I am again flexible. And I have no fear of the stiffness returning. Now I have a way to handle the stress in by body. I already meditate and do yoga but nothing worked like these exercises. They were rather quick and easy for me. I thank you very much.  P.C Chandler, AZ.
