A revolutionary new technique to reduce muscular tension, relieve chronic stress, anxiety,and recover from traumatic episodes in life.

Trauma and stress are part of our everyday lives. Dr David Berceli, the founder of a revolutionary method to release trauma, will be visiting South Africa in April 2010 to provide the first level of certification training in his method for healing trauma. The Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) method uses a series of exercises to release stress or trauma in their lives. Berceli, who is known worldwide for his work will be offering a four day workshop, one in Cape Town and one in Johannesburg.

Everyone who completes the 4 day course will receive a certificate of attendance which includes CPD accreditation of 28 points.

Those who wish to use this LEVEL ONE TRE EXERCISE with others professionally are required to meet the medico-legal international requirements for insurance purposes. This involves some supervision. This Certificate allows you to work all over the world as a TRE practitioner and be eligible for Dr Berceli’s website listing on http://traumaprevention.com.

LEVEL TWO TRAINING:
Dr Berceli will be in S Africa 9-12 October 2010 for Level two TRE training. This is for those who are trauma counsellors / practitioners and who want to learn additional psychological interventions. They are required to be registered as counsellors/practitioners.( see “certifications requirements ” links alongside.)
