A 3-day TRE experiential workshop for those interested in learning TRE for application in a therapeutic setting or as a self-help tool. This 3-day Module 1 training is the first requirement towards becoming a Certified TRE Provider and will include:
- Experiential introduction to TRE and the personal tremoring response
- Anatomy, neurology, and physiology of the stress-trauma response as it relates to TRE
- Understanding the tremor response
- Introduction to Polyvagal Theory (Stephen Porges)
- Defense reactions, containment, and grounding strategies as they relate to TRE
- Basic skills for teaching TRE to others
This is an experiential training with a strong focus on the trainee’s personal tremoring expereince. Additional certification requirements must be met for full certification and to develop competencies needed to teach TRE to others. Class size is limited to 15 participants. Please bring your own yoga mat and blankets. Complimentary water/tea/snacks provided.

Cancellation policy: Registration fee is fully refundable only with at least a 14-day written notice, minus a $75 administration fee. Cancellations less than 14-day notice may be applied to the registration fee for the next Module 1 workshop.
