TRE Advanced Training
Learning Non-Touch Intervention
Props, Stops & Modifications – Integrating & Self-Regulating TRE
Many TRE Providers are not certified or licensed to touch bodies, also many individuals participating in TRE do NOT want to be touched.
This advanced training will show the TRE provider:
How to teach intervention without touching,
How to use props for self-regulation, and
How to modify each TRE exercise for diversified bodies
In TRE, all providers have learned how to follow the human organism, both in their own body and with that same tremor mechanism in others. The integration of props with TRE is a fabulous tool. Props should not take away from the body’s tremor response but has the ability to aid and enhance the TRE practice by:
- Assisting the body without touch
- Assisting those that need support or modifications
- Open areas of the body that are stuck or blocked, by moving energy
- Teach clients to be grounded
- Challenge those that are stronger & more athletic
- Teach & promote self-regulation
- Add a level of fun with wellness
Bringing in props can promote a continuation of health & wellness with your clients & their lifestyle, adding variation & fun!
The training consist of lecture and 2 practical sessions per day
