Modern living can be stressful!
When stressful situations compound we reach a breaking point and can become overwhelmed, exhausted, sick, or worse. What our body needs is effective stress relief to ease tension, increase resilience and bring us into greater balance.
TRE releases tension and stress at its root!
The exercises assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma through series of mild stretches that activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating. This biological mechanism releases muscular tension to calm the nervous system, which returns the brain and body to a state of balance (homeostasis).
