”It’s just trauma.” . . . a statement that began the exploration of just what trauma was, and how one could heal from it.
Jackie and Marie are educators, with a combined 50 years of experience: teaching, counseling, coaching, parenting, working, playing, laughing, crying and loving. When they discovered TRE, they knew it was a modality that would help many people, people who were very physical, people who did not like to talk about issues troubling them, and people who were hurting. Non-touch, non-invasive and easy to learn to do on one’s own; they truly believed TRE was going to accomplish great things and it has. This class is a chance for people to learn more about the “fierce medicine” as one participant called it.
Classes run from 6:00 to 7:15 pm on:
Thursday, October 20,
Thursday, October 27 and
Thursday, November 3.
Wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle and yoga mat.
Fee is $90 paid to North Battleford Recreation
