This is an Introduction to TRE®, with overview, background and an opportunity to experience the self-induced tremor mechanism. Taught by Moline Whitson, Certified TRE® Provider. If you’re curious about TRE®, this is a good way to sample it. There will be time for questions and answers. No experience necessary.
