This is a full-day workshop and includes lunch.
Registration is limited to 20 participants.
Please:
• dress in clothes that you can move freely in
• bring a yoga mat to lie on (blankets or large beach towels work, too)
• bring a light blanket or throw with which to cover yourself if needed
• bring a bottle of water
Make a weekend of it!
By the end of the day Saturday, you’ll be very relaxed. Why not stay on the island (Langley, Bayview, Clinton, and Freeland are best), enjoy a low-budget adventure, and go home with a memory?
