Join me to learn and practice TRE – Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises. Our first night is 90 minutes: I will give you an overview of TRE and provide you with resources so you can learn more if you choose.
I will then teach you the very simple exercises that stimulate the tremors and you will get to experience a TRE session of your body releasing and relaxing like never before!
The next two nights we will open with a quick check-in, you will do the exercises and again you will experience TRE. We will have time to share with each other before you return to the world.
