		<title>TRE Practitioners Level I Certification</title>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>To qualify for the TRE certification program the trainee must complete  an application and include a $25 fee. Level one prepares the <em><strong>practitioner to lead individuals</strong></em> safely through the exercises.<br />
</p>
<h3>Requirements:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Attend 3 days of a TRE Training workshop</li>
<li>Perform the exercises at home for one month with journaling <strong>before</strong> beginning any sessions with your trainer.</li>
<li>Meet with your trainer to review your journal which can be done by Skype or phone, to determine if you are ready to begin giving individual sessions with others.</li>
<li>Complete the additional two months of journaling. Contact your trainer when you are ready for additional feedback.</li>
<li>Experience 5 individual sessions with your TRE Trainer, these sessions include your journaling material.</li>
<li>Guide an individual(s) through four sessions while under the observation of your certified TRE Trainer. These sessions are to improve your skills as a practitioner.</li>
<li>Your final session is to assess your competency. You will be guiding another person safely through the exercises and observed by your TRE Supervisor. This can be via video, Skype or in person.</li>
<li>Upon completion of all these requirements, and <strong>approval of your supervisor</strong>, you will be certified as a TRE Practitioner. There is a $75 fee and automatic listing on the TRE Practitioners Website required of active practitioners.</li>

<p>This training program is geared for individuals who are interested in being certified as  TRE trainers. The training is for professionals and paraprofessionals.  Individuals who work with organizations, international groups, traumatized  populations and/or professional groups that experience severe stress or trauma will benefit from and will be interested in this training.  If you are interested in teaching an effective self-help technique to  populations who are most in need, this training is for you. It will cover the  neurophysiology of stress and trauma and provide a unique technique to resolve  symptoms of trauma, anxiety and PTSD<strong>.</strong></p>
