This One on One TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) session is great for people whom have never heard of TRE before, beginners of the practice or those who know TRE and want a private session with a Trained TRE Provider to facilitate the session as a refresher or with ways to improve or enhance the experience as needed.
Booking hours Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Sunday between 11am-8pm (Malaysian Time). Alternate days and hours can be considered, please contact me to discuss. 90 minute Private Group sessions also available (Contact me with details of your group to consider timing and location)

I also run private group sessions for families, friends, co workers etc who want to experience Shaking and Releasing together – it creates a greater sense of bonding and empathy between the participants when experiencing Neurogenic Tremors together, and a higher sense of self acceptance of the sensations.
