On this course, I will help you befriend and understand your nervous system as well as guide through an innovative technique to help you release years and years of pent-up stress and tension from your body.

4 Sessions should be sufficient to enable to you practise TRE® safely at home by yourself, although ongoing support available.

I am Carolanne Hall, a Certified TRE® Provider and Grounding Coach from Scotland., having trained with Freedom Within Wellness in Thailand.

I currently teach online, both in group and individual sessions. My teachings bring a combination of education on the revolutionary TRE® process,  mindful self-compassion awareness, with a strong focus on breathing and grounding techniques to help you regulate your nervous system.
