This residential workshop at the beautiful Yogaville Ashram in Virginia is a rejuvenating immersion into Neurogenic Yoga. Participants will not only experience several Neurogenic Yoga classes (both semi-vigorous and restorative) but will also receive a foundation for understanding the tremoring response. Learn about the history and origin of Neurogenic Yoga and how it helps to release stress, tension and trauma patterns.
