What is TRE ?
TRE®(tension-trauma releasing exercises) is a simple technique that creates a natural response for your body to remove blocks deep within your cellular level. TRE is highly effective, therapeutic,and relaxing.

This 4 hour workshop will be a balance of lecture, process, and sharing. It will be a thorough understanding of how trauma is carried in our bodies and TRE as an effective tool to release through tremors. No fitness level required.

An inquiry into:
‣ Understanding the different types of stress and trauma that we experience
‣ The role of the PSOAS muscle
‣ Re-patterning to heal naturally
‣ The science of TRE
‣ Self-regulation and being present during TRE
‣ The practice of relaxation and letting go
‣ Different types of tremoring
‣ Process precautions
‣ Grounding and clearing energy

Prior to registration, please let the facilitator know if you have any physical, mental or emotional issues that have been diagnosed, if you have high blood pressure, epilepsy or are pregnant. Please outline if you’ve had any major accidents, operations recently.

‣ Wear non-restrictive, comfortable clothing for light stretching, as well as lying down
