6 wks session – Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm EST Live on Zoom Jan. 12-Feb. 18
Deep Stretch class (gentle movement down on the mat, holding poses for 1-3mins) followed by 15mins of TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises)
You can join the session at any time and I will prorate the price.
Pillows, blanket and mat recommended.
