This class will introduce you to the Tension and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE®) developed by Dr. David Berceli. TRE® helps to release deeply held tension and trauma held in the body. Once learned, the exercises can be done anywhere, at any time to relieve stress and tension.
Benefits often include better sleep, better resiliency, better relationships, and a better life overall.
The exercises are highly customizable. People with limited mobility are able to practice TRE®.
Please wear loose comfortable clothing. Please bring a favorite yoga mat, if you have one. Mats will be provided as well.
*This is a “get your feet wet” workshop that will let you experience the TRE® exercises and meet your own neurogenic tremor. It’s not really designed to get you established in a regular TRE practice. If you’re ready to firmly plant yourself into a TRE® practice, please check out THIS workshop instead.
