Group Shake via Zoom- New Jersey, USA (EST)

Learn the simple and helpful technique of TRE (Tension and Trauma reducing exercises).  The self-regulation method can be done on your own at any time. It is very helpful to tremor with others, even over Zoom!  New students and experienced ones are welcome to attend.  You will receive instructions on how to set up your camera when you register.
