Unique 7 Day Workshop & Retreat
Join us this summer on the magical island of Ibiza for 7 days of Deep Transformation & Healing on a Unique Workshop & Retreat. We are excited to bring this unique tailor made retreat to you, as it weaves together some of the most powerful healing modalities and tools available on the planet right now!
This retreat will incorporate a full introduction workshop on TRE, followed by several experiential sessions over the course of the week.
The TRE aspect of this retreat is designed so that you get a comprehensive introduction to the practice, and over a series of guided sessions, you will be able to develop and deepen your experience of TRE. By the end of the series you will have a good understanding of the practice, how you can do it in a safe, gentle way so that you can continue to practice on your own and have it as a tool for life to release stress and trauma from your body.
There will be an opportunity to have a personal 1:1 session with Ciara, a Certified TRE (R) Provider, on request.
