Dr. Berceli’s Advanced Course at one of the most holy Buddhist monastry in Japan!
5 days TRE Advanced Course is for TRE providers and trainers. We are expecting to have a few guest speakers who are experts in Body and Mind and they will co-host parts of the workshop together with Dr. Berceli. (Details to be confirmed)
As a way of staying grounded and centered within ourselves and therefore being more grounded and centered with our clients we are hosting the advanced training in a Buddhist monastery. We will live in an atmosphere of silence and solitude while doing TRE so that we can observe if a more peaceful lifestyle helps us to increase our capacity for social engagement. It is an amazing opportunity for people who want to look at this specific aspect of themselves in the TRE process.
Koyasan is the beautiful temple complex on top of the mountain. You will be accommodated in one of the traditional Buddhist temples. Besides attending the TRE advanced course you can join in morning or afternoon Buddhist rituals (optional) as well as sitting in a hot spring bath.
November is the best season for autumn colors and you can extend your trip to go for trekking on old pilgrimage paths or sightseeing in Osaka and Kyoto, which is only a couple of hours away.

Cost for 5 days including the course fee, 5 nights simple accommodation (shared public bathroom) with two meals (breakfast and dinner) in one of the beautiful Buddhist temples.
