Our nervous system collects all the stress of our life and it manifests in ways ranging from irritability, anxiety, depression and even physical ailments. The holidays often heighten our daily stress and make symptoms worse. Disrupt the stress cycle and allow yourself to be deeply nourished.

In this 3-hour workshop Ki will teach you about the neurogenic tremor, the parasympathetic nervous system and how we can use natural tools to decompress stress. That’s only the beginning…the bulk of this workshop is receiving nourishment and expelling stress. The tools presented will be practiced and experienced in your body with a 90-min Ki Yoga practice, a powerful vagal toning meditation and TRE or Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises.

You’ll not only leave feeling deeply nourished, but you’ll walk away with powerful tools to manage the ongoing stress of life.
