Guided Facilitation of the TRE exercises- both in settling and activating the Nervous System’s natural “shaking: mechanism to relieve stress and develop greater balance and adaptability. For those new to TRE, working together for a series of 3 sessions recommended as it takes time and experience to understand your bodies unique stress responses and how to practice in a way that is most helpful for stress relief.

My 15 years of experience as a chiropractor and energy healer makes me very aware of specific patterns of tension in the body and how to make modifications to work with injury or stress and anxiety.
