ABOUT HALEY
Haley has been training TRE® since 2012 in South Africa and Globally online. Her passion is the body and is also a Cranio Sacral Therapist and Heartmath Trainer using HRV to measure the effects of TRE® on the Autonomic Nervous System. She coaches personal mastery in Corporations and is highly skilled in working with children as well as anxiety and depression and is currently on the TRE® Global Research Team.
ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
There is so much to learn when we observe the body in the TRE® process. If we have an understanding of the dynamics of fascia it is much easier for us to apply intervention work appropriately. We also need to know when to slow down and give the brain the experience of safety through the fascia. How do we do this?

- How to introduce safety through fascia for highly traumatised clients.
- Interventions (soft touch, hard touch and sensory fascial release).
- Practical application of interventions
- Recap of the Fascia lines and direction of flow.
- Regulation through breathing and fascia connection.
- Practical demonstration.
