The first step of the Program is Module ONE which can also be taken for your own personal benefit. Many have described it as a turning point in their life. The main focus is your own Self-Regulation and Grounding. Regardless if you come to learn this practice for the first time or you have been doing TRE® for a while, you will leave with a deeper, more integrated and regulated practice so you can enjoy maximum results. You will get acquainted with your nervous system which is at the core of all your experiences so you can be in the driver’s seat of creating the life you truly want.
All 3 Modules and sessions in the training program now have gone online so you can attend from anywhere you are in the world!
TRE® Global Certification Training Calendar:
Module ONE ~ Your Self-Regulation and Grounding ~ September 25th – 27th at 3 pm – 9pm (GMT+7, Bangkok, Thailand)
Module TWO ~ Teaching TRE® to Individuals ~ December 11th – 13th & January 25th, 2021 at 3pm – 9pm (GMT+7, Bangkok, Thailand)
Module THREE ~ Teaching TRE® to Groups ~ March 6th, 2021 at 3pm – 9pm (GMT+7, Bangkok, Thailand)
The full program takes approximately 7-8 months to complete. There is a practical component that happens between Modules.
