Module II of the TRE Global Certification Training Program is only open to those wanting to be certified to teach TRE and have already taken Module I.  In this 3-day training you will be focusing on the teaching of others, both individuals and groups.  Module II combines more experiential learning with didactic material such as:  understanding the use of “self” when teaching the vTRE process, the role of fascia in TRE; ethnical awareness; working within your scope of practice, knowledge and competency, as well as TRE touch and non-touch basic interventions.

Module II Training dates are May 17-19, 2019.  There are additional certification requirements, please view the information under the Certification tab on this website.

Both modules will be taught by Susan Shifman.  Susan has over 10 years of TRE teaching experience, as well as having been a Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher and an AFAA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer.  Susan retired from IBM having been an Organization and Leadership Consultant.  Susan has had the wonderful opportunity to work closely with Dr. David Berceli, the founder of TRE.  She has been his assistant at many of his trainings and workshops, learning firsthand the art and science of supporting students from all walks of life.  Susan co-authored a chapter in Dr. Berceli’s book Shake It Off Naturally, and also has produced the video “Modifications for TRE” for the physically challenged.  This video is one of the required videos for trainees in the Module II Training.
