Slow flow Yoga is a low-impact workout, which can help you to get in shape gradually. The workouts are designed in such a way that it gradually warms up the muscles and joints. The practice is followed by 15mins of TRE®. Pillows and blocks are recommended.
Purchasing a class also gives you access to a class recording each week that you can view for 7days

$42 (6wks) – 1 class/wk or $75 (6wks) – 2 classes/wk (mix and match Slow Flow and Deep Stretch) or $10 per class drop in fee (purchase 1 class pass)
