Thursday Night Shakes (Prerequisite: TRE Basics Workshop or other training in TRE):
Come together with other “shakers” in a comfortable, small group (6 max) environment to practice and/or improve on using TRE for stress/anxiety/tension relief.
We will have a brief check-in, followed by going immediately into TRE movement and tremoring.
