Move, Shake, Connect (TRE)

Once a month on a Friday evening 615-730pm

This monthly class is a wonderful way to slow down, get curious, and safely let your body heal itself with TRE. You’ll learn a process to release stress and tension from your body in a completely natural way whilst developing the skills, knowledge and confidence to be able to regulate – and have fun – with the experience.

Each class will include:

  • A short introduction to the TRE Process and principles: self-regulation, grounding, slowing down
  • Guided experience of the 7 exercises
  • A supported space to explore your body tremoring
  • Time for rest and integration
  • Optional sharing

Beginners and experienced shakers are all welcome.  All you need to wear is comfortable clothing you can both move and relax in.


Chandani Amin is a Certified TRE Provider, Reiki Master, and Reflexologist (MAR) based in Hackney and Shoreditch with a private practice called States of Healing. Everything she offers is completely natural and supportive to our organism’s innate, self-healing powers. She is continuously open to exploring creative ways to nurture and empower her clients in alignment with nature.  See her work at

Advisory information

These classes are for adults over 18 years old. A group class is not recommended for those with severe trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, burnout or serious health conditions or if you find it very challenging to self-regulate (unable to calm down when emotionally distressed). It will be more supportive to initially work in a private sessions.

These classes are not suitable if you are currently pregnant. If you have has a recent operation, surgery or experienced a serious injury, it is best to allow yourself a minimum of 3 or more months to recover before doing TRE.
