Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises allow you to get a massage from the inside out in a way that is completely unique to your body. We will go through a series of (modifiable) exercises to help activate your tremor mechanism so you can shake out your stress and tension. We will facilitate your process and help you work through whatever comes up for you. While mostly a physical release, some people experience psychological and emotional releases also. In the group format, we will hold space for a discussion at the end of the exercises and will do a group exercise where you are able to hold the space for another group member.
This is an introductory workshop and it will empower you to take control of your own health. You will learn the exercises to activate your innate tremor mechanism in a safe way so that you have a lifelong self-help tool for your own practice with an emphasis on how to use the tremor mechanism in a safe and comfortable way to release day-to-day stress, old tension patterns and restore resiliency.
Join us in our small group session (4 people maximum) where we will learn TRE and work with you on 3 separate occasions, 3 weeks in a row. Prepare to feel connected to yourself in a new way.
