Learn the easy & helpful technique of TRE (Tension and Trauma reducing exercises) with Bonnie Pariser founder of Yoga Loka and TRE facilitator- a self-regulation method can be done on your own at any time after you are familiar with the process. This natural reflex releases deep tension from the body by evoking shaking of the muscles and soft tissue.
In this 1-hr workshop (“Salt Shake”) we will learn the preparation exercises and have a tremor session. There will be time for questions and answers afterward.
