Module 1 is open to the general public and can be attended for 1, 2 or all 3 days. One day cost is $ 220.00 (includes applicable tax) For 2 days  $440.00 (includes applicable tax).

Description:   Those certified will be called “Certified TRE Providers” and will have the competency needed to teach both individuals and groups.

The training introduces the anatomy, neurology and physiology of stress and trauma as it relates to TRE and the tremoring process.  You will learn containment, grounding and energizing strategies as well as how to identify the need for and teach self-regulation.  This is an experiential training with a strong focus on one’s personal tremoring experience.

Certification Trainer:  Joan McDonald, is a Registered Social Worker and Certification Trainer for Canada, Nepal and Japan.  Joan has established Global Certification Training programs in Canada, Thailand, and Nepal.   She is presently training trainers in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Joan and TRE Humanitarian Support Asia has established sustainable TRE post disaster program in Nepal and has been a Trainer in disaster programs in Japan and the Philippines.

Assisted and hosted by:  Christine Steward, RMT, TRE Certification Trainer – Trainee, teaching TRE with individuals, Groups, and offering introductory TRE workshops while supervising trainees in the certification program with Joan McDonald. Christine is a talented Cranial Sacral Therapist who brings her understanding and deep respect for the body to all she does.
