Intro Workshops / Recurring Workshops / Online Sessions: Single class sessions taught by any Certified Provider qualified to lead groups. These can be TRE® Intro Classes, TRE® or TRE® Drop In Classes.
Neurogenic Yoga Workshops/Trainings: Neurogenic Yoga™ is a sister method of TRE® that combines yoga postures (asana) and breathing exercises (pranayama) with the body’s natural, therapeutic shaking response called Self Induced Therapeutic Tremors (SITT). Workshops taught by certified Neurogenic Yoga practitioners.
Online Certification Trainings: TRE Online certifications are conducted live, online in groups. These trainings will count towards TRE certification and may include additional online and in-person trainings.
