TRE® & SELF-REGULATION

Tuesdays or Fridays 

Whether you are new to TRE® and would like a personal introduction or have been practising TRE® for some time and would like assistance from a Certified TRE® Provider to facilitate the tremors through your body, a private session is ideal for those looking for a more personal approach at your own pace.

My sessions combine the innovative technique of TRE®, the practice of mindful self-compassion, breathing and grounding techniques, equipping you with all-natural tools to down-regulate your nervous system, feel safer and more connected to your inner self, trust your intuition and look within yourself for guidance, wisdom and support.

In as little as 4 sessions of TRE®, many notice some of the following benefits:

  • Less pain in the back, neck and shoulders

You would not let your home decay or erode, and neither should your body.

TRE® helps to maintain, restore and release your body from stress and tension it has been carrying throughout your life. My sessions can be tailored to meet your needs, by guiding you to release the stress or tension from your body in a natural manner, at your own pace.
