On this course, I will help you befriend and understand your nervous system as well as guide through an innovative technique to help you release years and years of pent-up stress and tension from your body.

4 Sessions may be sufficient to enable to you practise TRE® safely at home by yourself, although to learn how to facilitate the tremors through your body to release deeper tension patterns, follow-up sessions are available as an added option.

TRE® helps to maintain, restore and release your body from stress and tension it has been carrying throughout your life. Without the heaviness of tension or even deeply-stored trauma, the body gains more fluidity, the mind gains more clarity, and the soul is free to enjoy living.

About the Certified TRE® Provider

Originally from Scotland and now living between Scotland and the Algarve in Portugal, I am a Certified TRE® Provider and Grounding Coach as well as a Certified Breathwork Facilitator. I am experienced in teaching TRE® to a variety of life situations – to parents, to teenagers and children, to families as a unit, to those with Parkinsons, PTSD and other chronic illnesses. Having suffered greatly from a chronic illness myself, I understand the need to go slow in some cases, letting the clients body be the guide.

My sessions combine the innovative technique of TRE, the practice of mindful self-compassion, breathing and grounding techniques, equipping you with all-natural tools to down-regulate your nervous system, helping you to feel safer and more connected to your inner self, trust your intuition and look within yourself for guidance, wisdom and support.
