Welcome to this Online TRE® class, a time for yourself to deepen your own TRE® practise in a safe space. From wherever you are you can join at the comfort of your own home. A lovely way to be in the group space shaking together.

An established TRE® practice with capacity to self-regulate is preferred, however not required. If you haven’t yet tried out TRE®, it’s recommended that you a few times follow the official TRE® video
