After facilitating over 130 in-person Certification Trainings, I am now teaching my TRE Certification Program online. Please join me!

Note: Module 1 is open to the public and it can be taken as a personal exploration by anyone who is interested in a deeper immersion in the tremor mechanism.

M2 and M3 are only open to trainees who attended Module 1 and who are enrolled in the TRE Global Certification Program.

Module 1  September 25 & 26, 2021 – 10am- 5:00pm PST (1hr lunch break)

The first module introduces the anatomy, neurology, physiology and psychology of stress and trauma as it relates to TRE and the tremoring process. Participants learn about the latest research on the nervous system and also containment, grounding and self-regulating strategies. This is an experiential training with a strong focus on the trainee’s personal tremoring experience.

Module 2 November 13 & 14, 2021 – 10am-5:00pm PST (1hr lunch break)

In the second module participants deepen their knowledge and experience of TRE and their facilitation skills, they learn about modifications, Transference and Countertransference and about the role of fascia in the TRE process. They also begin to facilitate the TRE process for each other under supervision. This is an experiential training with a strong focus on how to share TRE with an individual client .

Module 3 January 29 & 30, 2022 – 10am-5:00pm PST (1hr lunch break)

In the third module trainees broaden their understanding of the nervous system in relationship to TRE, they practice self and no-touch intervention and they learn about individual and group dynamics. They  also begin to facilitate TRE for each other in small groups under supervision. This is an experiential training with a strong focus on how to share TRE in a group setting.

Each module provides 10 CEU credits to massage therapists and body workers nationally.

LMFTs, LPCCs and/or LEPs in California also receive 10 CEU for each module plus 17 additional CEUs if they complete the whole certification program including all supervision sessions, as required by the Board of Behavioral Sciences. The whole training provides them a total of 47 CEU.
