TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a powerful method for experiencing relief from stress, anxiety and trauma, by releasing deeply held tension in the body.
In this workshop you will learn a set of seven exercises designed to fatigue the muscles, invoking the body’s innate ability to shake. After the exercises we then lie on the mat, remaining present, and allowing the tremors to move through the body naturally. Most people report a feeling of relaxation while doing TRE® and others experience a physical or emotional release during the session.
