October and November 2020 schedule for TRE®
Mondays from 5:30-7:00 pm, San Francisco, California time zone
For this online session:
Please wear loose, comfortable ‘exercise’ clothes for light stretching and to lie down. Yes, others in the group will be able to see you! 😀
The 1.5 hour TRE® session will include:
1. Brief introduction/ check-in
2. Guided body scan
3. TRE® exercises and up to 20 min. tremoring with modifications, self-regulation, and feedback.
4. Grounding and debrief (share about the experiences; suggestions made by me; Q&A)
*a space that you can comfortably lie down (carpet, floor with a rug, thick blanket, yoga mat, etc.)
*anything that will assist your tremoring session (pillows, cushions, aromatherapy/diffuser, light background music, etc.)
*a wall to hold onto for exercise #2 and the wall sit
*a glass or bottle of water nearby (to clear your energy and ground during or after the session)
*a space free from distractions (phone, noise, people walking in. Pets are welcome!)
*a space to set up your laptop/computer/iPad. Be familiar with your device to get a sense of me being able to see a headshot of you for chatting; almost full body standing up for the exercises (for me to see if you are doing the exercises correctly); and they lying down (head, torso, and thighs, so I can observe your process).
