Come and spend a TRE CPD day with Joan McDonald

in Edinburgh on 18 October 2015

This is a great opportunity to learn from a global leader in TRE.

Joan embodies TRE with her grounded presence. She excitedly shares her knowledge and wisdom gained from a highly diverse career.  She is a registered social worker and was an educator in the community college system. She has been a learning consultant and corporate trainer.  Joan is trained in bioenergetics and for years had a private counselling practice.   She draws on 30 years of experience in managing, teaching, counselling and consulting, integrating her knowledge and experience in her role as a Certification Trainer, member of the Trainer Support Team member and ‘TRE For All’ leadership team.  She has extensive experience teaching TRE both in Canada and in Asia, where she lives part time.

Joan’s desire to spread TRE in the world and in particular to assist those who have experienced  the devastating effects of  disaster has taken her to Japan to work with Tsunami survivors,  to the Philippines as one of two trainers offering provisional certification training following Typhoon Yolanda and to Myanmar to introduce TRE to traumatized staff of an NGO. She is the initiating trainer for TRE Mission Nepal and co -founder of TRE Humanitarian Support Asia. 

On her first visit to the UK Joan will offer all her knowledge and experience in a CPD day.  Joan will be in Edinburgh for a Module 1 training and if you are on the certification path and wish to attend another 3-day training for half price £160 email vicki@trescotland.com
