Small groups (maximum of 5-6 participants) to allow for individualized attention when requested. Series includes TRE® booklet with exercises, and a brief educational component at the beginning of each class. As the series progresses, there will be options to integrate TRE® with the following methods: Massage, Warm Stones and Warm Compresses.
