TRE® (Trauma Release Exercises) is a set of stress relieving exercises created by Dr David Berceli. The exercises activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking that releases muscle tension to bring the body back into balance.
Due to popular demand, Manjit Kaur will be holding a monthly TRE® Group on Tuesday mornings at 10am. The objective of this group is to provide a safe environment where you can learn and practice TRE® with guidance and support.
This group is open to both beginners and to those who have been practicing TRE® for a while.
