About Raquel Devillé

TRE® provider, yoga teacher and therapist

In 2018, I discovered that I am neurodivergent. Since then, I have devoted myself to exploring this subject through extensive reading and research.

With a solid foundation in HR management and a master’s in Occupational Health and Ergonomics, I have always been drawn to understanding the dynamics of the human body. My journey underwent a significant transformation with the discovery of yoga and TRE. This combination proved revolutionary, merging my academic background with a holistic approach to health and wellness.

As the founder of Recentrez-vous, a yoga and therapy center in Virton, Belgium, I have the privilege of sharing my insights and enthusiasm with a diverse range of individuals. However, it is my role as a TRE provider that has been particularly gratifying. I have witnessed neurodivergent clients unlock remarkable potential, achieving eased anxiety, enhanced academic performance, and improved productivity through the power of this practice.

I am proudly autistic and hail from the coastal village of Ericeira in Portugal, though I now make my home in Virton, Belgium. I am committed to a balanced, natural lifestyle; I choose to walk barefoot, consume only unprocessed foods, and prioritize early bedtime to support my well-being.
