Module 1 is open to the general public and can be attended for 1, 2 or all 3 days for personal growth and all three days for those3wishing to work towards certification. One – day cost is 190.00 + taxes, 2 days 380.oo and three days 550.00 plus taxes.

Cost:  Special Early Bird Pricing for all 3 days: $500.00 (plus taxes) Available until October 1, 2017

Description:   Those certified will be called “Certified TRE Providers” and will have the competency needed to teach both individuals and groups.

The training introduces the anatomy, neurology and physiology of stress and trauma as it relates to TRE and the tremoring process.  You will learn containment, grounding and energizing strategies as well as how to identify the need for and teach self-regulation.  This is an experiential training with a strong focus on one’s personal tremoring experience.

Certification Trainer:  Joan McDonald, RSW, Registered Social Worker and Certification Trainer for Canada, Nepal and Japan. Joan has taught TRE in Myanmar and has established Global Certification Training programs in Canada, Thailand, Singapore and Nepal.   She is presently establishing a sustainable TRE post disaster program in Nepal and has been a trainer in disaster programs in Japan and the Philippines.

Hosted by : Sarah Ronhovde, Sarah is a physiotherapist and the owner of Epic Physiotherapy in Campbell River where promoting Healthy Movement for Life is a priority! She has been a TRE provider for the past year and enjoys seeing the great results TRE has been providing her clients as an addition to their treatment.
