This 3 class series will give you a firm foundation for your own TRE® practice. You’ll be able to use the practice whenever and wherever you choose to relieve stress and tension, and return to a calm centered state.
Notes for class:
Please wear loose comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. Dressing in layers is helpful for comfort. Please bring a journal and water bottle if you like. If you have a favorite yoga mat, feel free to bring it. We will also have yoga mats on hand for class.
Please plan on arriving 5 min early to get settled before we begin.
Travis Rumsey has been teaching TRE® for over three years. He has attended four advanced trainings and is versed in adaptive exercises for TRE®. His dream is for everyone to be living from a place unfettered by fear and contraction, and shining as a beacon of authentic power and grace.
