How does the brain react to traumatic situations? How does it adjust itself to survive trauma?

In this workshop, Dr Berceli will explain, in simple terms, how the brain adapts to survive trauma. It is this adjustment that creates what we call “the personality of trauma.” If we look at how trauma affects the brain from a neurological perspective it is easier to understand how trauma affects us than looking at it from a psychological perspective. By understanding both the neurology and psychology of stress and trauma, we can see the solution to calming down the brain and returning to a relaxed and calm state.

Dr Berceli, is an international expert in trauma intervention and conflict resolution and the creator of Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE). TRE is designed to help release the deep tension created in the body during a traumatic experience or through chronic stress. TRE usage has expanded worldwide and is being used in a variety of settings.

Don’t miss this opportunity to speak directly to an internationally recognized expert in trauma recovery.
