TRE Certification Trainer – Donna Phillips, Exercise Physiologist, Yoga Therapist C-IAYT, TRE CT, E-RYT500, NCBTMB Provider
Description: Those certified will be called “Certified TRE Providers” and will have the competency needed to teach both individuals and groups. The training introduces the anatomy, neurology and physiology of stress and trauma as it relates to the body, TRE and the Self-Induced Therapeutic Tremor (SITT) process. Certification Training competency will include:
- Ability to teach TRE
- Containment and grounding skills and strategy
- Intervention & energizing strategies
- Ability to provide self regulation guidance
