Practicing TRE along with developing a Grounding Practice
About this event
Our goal in this 2nd free monthly online event is for you to experience a level of connection and grounding within YOU that you may not have known was even possible. We’ll do this through practicing TRE® (Berceli, 2021) along with a strong focus on Grounding. Attending our 1st free monthly event, Online Live Talk with Lori, will serve you well in this Grounding and TRE Class also.
This class will be facilitated by Lori Arsenault, TRE Certification Trainer and Freedom Within’s Team of Certified TRE Providers. You can expect to be held in a safe and nurturing environment.
TRE® founded by Dr. David Berceli reactivates your natural and innate tremor mechanism which is designed to release any tension/trauma after a threatening event. As humans, we’ve been conditioned to believe that shaking is a “bad” thing and we’ve turned this mechanism off. However, this type of tremor called Neurogenic Tremors, is actually therapeutic and unwinds years of tension/trauma stored in the body and calms down the nervous system. You’ll be led through 7 simple modifiable exercises which initiate the tremors.
Along with your TRE practice, we will be guiding you in a Grounding practice and ensuring you learn how to self-regulate this practice for best results. You will begin to get acquainted with the language of your nervous system so you best regulate your practice, yourself and your life. We want you to feel like the Calm in the Middle of any Storm.
Join us whether or not you are new to Grounding and TRE, or have used these tools a thousand times. It’s an opportunity to possibly feel a whole new level of connection, grounding and freedom you have not known is available to you!
