Are you ready to give your body a re~TRE~at?
Join in for a 5-day re~TRE~at El Rancho Los Montesinos, in Alicante/Spain. The retreat will be held in English.
The re~TRE~at can be used as TRE® Module 1 with continuation online for the following required modules, but can for sure only be a short week for you to give your body and soul some extra care!
Dates : Oct 20th – Oct 24th, start at 6pm for an intro-evening.
Each day Thursday – Sunday from 9.30 am – 1 pm we’ll go through TRE® didactic teaching as well as doing TRE® in the group. There will be loads of time for exploration.
Each evening from 6 pm – 8 pm we’ll stay together as a group, doing yin yoga & TRE®, you’ll get an experience of enjoying a sound bath with crystal sound bowls, one evening with a short meditation thereafter we’ll use the spa-department with hot tub and cold water-tub, to continue supporting the health of the nervous system.
The afternoons between 1 pm – 6 pm is free time for the participant to enjoy the pool, have a walk, enjoy a horse-ride (there will be an offer to the group), or maybe treat yourself with one of the many lovely treatments at the spa-department.
Cost of re~TRE~at (to be paid to OmniBalance) :
Early Bird until August 15th € 280 / Regular from August 16th € 360 (flights/transport not included).
Included in the fee:
* Daily didactic teaching and TRE® Practice each morning from 9.30 – 13.00
* Daily led relaxation practice in form of yin yoga, meditation, sound healing with crystal sound bowls.
* 1 joint evening in spa-department where saunas, hot and cold tub is available for extra treatment for the nervous system. (additional times can be purchased at own cost)
Cost & Lodging in shared double room (to be paid directly to the venue), including breakfast and lunch x 4: 20th – 24th €200
If you wish a single room, there is an added fee of €25/night.
Not included in the fees mentioned above:
* Travel costs such as flight, transport to/from venue, travel-insurance.
* Dinners
* Horse-riding (there will be a discounted offer once we know how many wished to attend).
* Spa-treatments like massage, scrub, facial treatments etc.
* Access to Spa-department (only one night joint in group is included in the re-TRE-at cost).
There will be possible to come earlier or stay after the retreat at the venue at an extra cost.
LIMITED TO 12 participants only.
The participants should have insurance in case of cancellation of flight or sickness or changes in country-entrance regulations due to the current pandemic. OmniBalance is not responsible for travel costs should the training be cancelled.
